I come from a family of baseball fanatics, so I know a thing or two about buying the best gifts for baseball lovers. The amount of Guardians games members of my family attend is sort of wild, even to someone who routinely goes to 15 or more AA games per year. (Major league is fine and all, but do they have $1 beer night? No, they do not.)
When you think of gifts for baseball lovers, you're probably thinking along the lines of tickets and jerseys, and those are great, but there are so many cool options available for baseball lovers from stadium dirt to custom bats, and everything in-between. And none of these gifts will feel like they're coming out of left field. (This will not be my last dad joke.)
I have scoured the internet, spoken with other baseball fans, and even chatted up a few strangers watching spring training at a sports bar to find the very best gifts for baseball lovers.
The baseball lover in your life can pretend that they are running to first every time they leave their house, and scoring a run every time they return. This doormat is pretty heavy duty, so it can handle the stomping of boots or sneakers, and the paint is surprisingly long-lasting.
I love a good scratch-off adventure. National parks, top 100 movies, cocktails to try. All of them are fun. The idea of visiting every major league ballpark feels like just the thing that could really make baseball fans salivate in anticipation. It’s travel, it’s ball games, it’s quality time.
Arguably one of the most famous ballfields on planet Earth, Wrigley Field deserves all of the accolades it receives. To put the fragrance of the park in a candle? Genius. Ivy, popcorn, and grass make up this tempting candle's notes. Though, I will say it leans more toward hay than grass, but it's still a great candle.

The lure of a big, coffee table book is undeniable. They look great as decor, and they're wonderful reading. A book filled with 100 photographs of the history of baseball is simply lovely. One friend of mine said that this book is like warm cocoa, or the scent of that first hot dog of the season — pure comfort.

I know that the temptation will be to leave this bottle full and never drink its contents because it will become less of a show piece. I can guarantee you as a fan of not only baseball, but also this distillery, that would be a sad thing indeed. Their affordable spirits are heavenly, and it's the Cooperstown distillery. That bottle isn't going anywhere fast.

I told you this was a thing. I wasn't kidding. More than one dude told me this was cool. Now, none of them had kids or cats, so I can see how it would be cool for them. But for those with kids or cats? This is not the gift for them. It will be destroyed.
You don't even need to be a baseball lover to appreciate this gift. The Sandlot is one of the most iconic films of the 1990s. I don't know a single person in their 30s who has never once said to another person, “You’re killing me, Smalls!” This is the adult way to celebrate the film and baseball, but could easily hold any beverage.
Baseball might be your favorite season, but with much of it falling in spring and fall, it gets a bit chilly! Warm up at the game with a cute sweatshirt in soft, combed jersey. It comes in multiple sizes and colors, so you can get one for every fan in your family.
This game is harder than you think, and will be even harder if you've hit the bourbon in the baseball decanter. That being said, it's as much of a piece of art as it is a game, and will look great hanging on your wall in your living room or den.
Your little slugger will love this personalized mini baseball bat, and display it proudly. I love this gift especially for when their little league career is coming to a close as a reminder of all of the fun that they had when they were playing the game.
I had never heard of this before our copy editor explained it to me, and now I want nothing more than to go to Oracle Park and watch the seagulls descend upon the masses during the late stages of the game, and that's saying something — as I live on a bay and routinely rue the day those birds first graced this earth.
Even glowing in the dark does not help my inability to hit or catch a ball, no matter the time of day. However, kids love playing ball and catch during twilight or at night, and this exciting, regulation-size baseball allows them to do that with a bit more ease and a lot of pizazz.
This specific Gatorade bottle is pretty much the go-to for all kids playing sports, so why not jazz it up a bit with their name? If you want to make it even more fun, personalize it with whatever nickname they go by while playing. Although mine would probably read “stick to spectating.” Do you think they could fit that on the bottle?
Sometimes the best gift is the most useful gift. A hard case for baseball hats that holds five hats and can be stacked with other hat boxes, placed in a suitcase, or held on a shelf. It's a safe place for all of your favorite hats, protecting them from insects, moisture, or from being crushed.

The one baseball game I can win, it’s a bit like pinball, but there’s more happening. Surprisingly, the game set is very sturdy, and can handle a lot of play without getting too worn. Each of the little characters are quirky and detailed, and it’s really a good time watching kids play such an analog game.
Not all baseball art is created equally. Some of it is plain old cheesy. Not this custom watercolor painting. All you do is fill in what you want and in what colors, and the artist creates a beautiful piece of artwork for your home. The frame is not included.
I am picturing this on top of the coffee table book. It's a game, it's a curated piece of art, and it's something to talk about and even break the ice when people come to your house. A simple dice game in simple but gorgeous etched maple wood.
Need a last-minute gift? A high-resolution, high-quality, downloadable print is the best way to go for a baseball lover that isn't a digital gift card. It shows that you put thought into it, and, come on, Cracker Jack? The best of baseball.
Your giftee can choose what they love the best. This is a wonderful gift for a coworker, for a baseball prize, or that person who loves baseball, but seems to have everything already. It's simple, easy, and delivered digitally, making it a great last-minute gift for baseball lovers.
Need a place to pour that bourbon? How about a rocks glass that is etched with a vintage MLB map? A classic glass made with a hefty bottom, it harkens back to the days immortalized in Mad Men when bourbon or brandy was served in the office.
